Settings for Twitter Timeline Widget

How do I adjust the height for the Twitter Timeline Widget? The default is 400px, and if I attempt to change it, it reverts back to 400 when I hit “Save.” Is there a way to increase the height so more Tweets can be seen?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Same thing happened to me on my test site so I’ll go ahead and tag this for Staff assistance.

I too would like to display more tweets on the WD Twitter Timeline widget. Seems 400px is set as permanent default.

Hello, me too, although I’m also trying to change the width so it fits with my 150px secondary sidebar in Ari.

I am having the same problem too! Trying to get the height to 225px, but it keeps reverting back to default 400px and it’s messing up the look of my columns. It’s just too long now. The blog I need help with is: enlightenedspoon.com. Any updates on this issue would be much appreciated, thanks!

I could be wrong, but I believe the documentation is more recent than what’s in this month old thread is.

Thanks timethief, but it’s not working – see the first post of this thread. Even when you input the height you want in the new twitter timeline widget and save it, it automatically reverts back to 400px as the default height and nothing changes. Help! Is this forum moderated by WordPress staff?

I do not see the Twitter timeline widget widget on this blog http://enlightenedspoon.com/contact/

scroll right to the bottom of each page – the social media widgets are right at the bottom. instagram and facebook widget heights could be manually adjusted to 260px, but the height of the twitter timeline widget can’t. it keeps jumping back to 400px even after saving it as 260px. thanks!

Hi there!
The inability to change the widget height from 400px to something else is a known bug. staff-blorbo submitted a request to have this fixed, but at this time I don’t have an exact date when this will be updated.
I hope that clarifies things! Thanks for your patience.

As of July 2, 2013 still having the height revert to the default setting of 400px after changing it in the widget.

This is behaving for me when I test it, and seems to look fine on your blog as well. Could you provide a link to a page where you’re still seeing this problem so I can look into this for you?
