Settings–from Private to Public?

  I am just wondering how to set my blog from Private to Public.

  Hello there,
  I went to the support documentation which is all at this link (a link you find on the bottom of your Admin page) http://en.support.wordpress.com and found this for you > privacy settings > http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  When I go to “Settings” there are no such options.

  Are you logged in under the username account that registered the blog ie. are you the Admin?
