Settings: how to approve a post

  Hi. I need help again with my blog: http://www.wiivaluate.com/.
  I added an author to my blog, but I want the ability to approve each of his posts before they are published. Is there any way to do this? Thanks. If you need further information, just reply.

  Set the author up as a contributor rather than an author at users > authors & users.
