Settings issues

    I cannot access my settings when I click on my username/avatar.
    It brings up the page showing My Account with ‘Save settings’ in the blue box underneath it on the right, however each time I click on the corresponding setting from the far right menu (Account, Password, Security, Public Profile, Notifications & Billing History), the actual page heading changes but there are no options to adjust these settings. (Just the blue box ‘save settings’ appears).
    This is getting extremely frustrating. I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser, I have followed the instructions to clear my cache automatically and it’s the latest browser. This has been happening for the last month but I’ve finally decided to see if anyone can assist. I’m due to renew a premium subscription soon, but I won’t be renewing it if I can’t even update basic settings.
    I’d really appreciate it if anyone can help.

    ****Correction**** The blue box underneath the heading reads ‘Save Changes’, not ‘Save Settings’

    Hi there! I’m sorry you’re dealing with this frustration. If possible, send me a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. It will help if I can see what you’re seeing on your screen. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there. Just let me know when there is a file (or files) that I should look at.

    Hi Robyn,

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly but the issue I was having seems to have resolved itself and I can now adjust settings when I click on my avatar. Very strange.
