Settings Menu Does Not Show Webhooks?

  How to add Settings – > Webhooks?

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/webhooks/ shows webhooks under Settings, but my Bluehost WordPress (with Divi theme) does not show webghooks under Settings (mine is only 4 options).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  You are in the wrong forum for this:-)
  While webhooks exist in wordpress.com accounts/sites, you have a self hosted, wordpress.org installation, with Bluehost.
  Please ask the wordpress.org forums.
