  I started a blog recently and i do not know where I can set the table of contents on the website homepage. Now when you open home blog, shows the entire post and when I click on the post also shows all of the text. Where can I set the option on the home page is only a portion of the post? Help:)

  There is no such button. Use the More tag. https://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

  Don’t use a table of contents. Use a Recent Posts widget, a Categories widget, and an Archives widget.
