  Why can’t I find the setting for share on my dashboard? Using 3.4.2 on both Safari and IE.

  Am I missing something here??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The blog linked to your username is a free hosted WordPress.com blog that’s devoid of any blogger created content. is that the blog in question? If it isn’t then post an active link starting with http:// to the blog you are referring to.
