settings sharing w facebook – dashboard issues

  i started the sharing w facebook process but in the middle of it decided otherwise. now whenever i have facebook open and at the same time want to have my dashboard open, the dashboard does not open but it goes directly where i left off in the sharing process with facebook. canceling the sharing process does not work either. how can i undo the sharing w facebook?

  Are you referring to Publicize? http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/
  Have you tried logging out, clearing your browser cache and cookies and logging in again? http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  no but i figured it finally out, went to settings & sharing. then disconnected from facebook… of course now i can’t directly post to my facebook page… what to do…

  You can’t directly post to Facebook? I’m assuming what you mean is you can’t do it automatically. Try the Cookie Dance: log out of both Facebook and WordPress, clear browser cache and cookies, and do a full restart. Then try re-enabling Publicize.

  If that doesn’t work, I think you may need staff intervention. Or you could just use a FB app of some kind, like Networked Blogs or Notes, to draw your posts in automatically without Publicize.
