setup a website using wordpress software, using an existing domain name and existing hosting site

  Good day,
  I have already registered a Domain name, and have an existing Hosting site.
  Domain Name – http://www.allaboutlifebooks.com.
  My hosting site is – Domains.co.za
  I want to use your product to develop the website content.
  I thought I was selecting the option to use an existing Domain, but as I progressed into setting up the website, I noticed the product had created a NEW domain name with ‘.wordpress’ added into a NEW domain name. ( http://www.allaboutlifebooks.wordress.com)
  In addition it seems you want to charge me for Hosting fees for this site as well, when I don’t want to use the new domain name and new hosting site.

  Please assist me to use MY existing Domain name only, and my existing hosting site, but using your product to build the website content.

  it sounds like you need to deploy the WordPress.org version of WordPress.

  There’s a separate forum and community for WordPress.org users, who are equally enthusiastic about helping each other out.

  You will also be able to download a free copy of WordPress on that site.
