setup an online shop for a one person business

  My client wants:
  • a booking system for classes (many people in each)
  • her clients to be able to pay online (PayPal & possibly debit cards)
  • videos & images
  • contact form
  • newsletter or blog post
  • affiliated websites (has 2)
  • simple to use

  My questions are:
  • What actually are the penalties (if any) of linking to affiliated websites?
  • Which plan does our client need for the development & hosting of her website?
  • How can the website be easily developed before signing up to a paid for account? (I’ve tried looking for the link to the trial but can’t find it)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
