Setup issues

  I just signed up with Premium, and my blog URL is still showing the .wordpress.com name. One of the reasons I chose Premium was to drop the .wordpress. (The other was to avoid ads.) I haven’t yet chosen a theme, widgets and other setup procedures.
  How do I get the URL changed? And at what point do I do the setup?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there!

  While you have upgraded to Premium, you haven’t yet registered a custom domain for your site yet.

  You can do that here:
  https://argumentsanddemonstrations.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  Simply select Register a New Domain Name, and follow the instructions on the screen.
