Setup on goDaddy
-
Completed an error free one click wordPress install on an existing goDaddy hosted (windows) web site. The site content remains intact, and the default page did not automatically change. From the dashboard the existing default page comes up. I guess I expected a new wordPress style blog home page to take over as default. What is my next step, to change the default page?
Also the existing site has numerous existing pages, but none appear in the “page” section of the wordPress dashboard. Shouldn’t I be able to see all site pages? There’s only one page listed, looks like the wordPress installed default? Do all pages need to be created via wordPress to show up?
Thanks for help with rookie questions…
