  hi you, when i used plan: Best for freelancers (8$/month), can i setup theme https://wordpress.org/themes/material-design-google/ and plugin wp job board of automattic for my site?

  The ability to upload plugins and themes is only possible if you upgrade to our WordPress.com Business Plan (or higher) but is not an option under the plan you mention.

  Hello there,

  Wordads requires at least the premium subscription to be automatically accepted.

  If you decide to go that route, once you have paid for Premium go to http://wordpress.com/plans/my-plan

  Scroll down to the bottom, there will be a button labeled Start Earning, click on that to join WordAds. Fill out your info and you will be all set.
