  My website is experiencing server timeout often, I don’t know it is possible in wordpress.com until last week till today. The domain is ngstudents.com

  There is nothing wrong with the site, it’s still accesible from my computer. Have you checked your internet connection?

  Try to clear browser cache and cookies and see if it works.

  Yes, when you accessed it, it was okay, but at regular intervals it will go out

  I browsed several articles and accessed the site just fine, but you might consider changing to newer theme as the current one is not mobile friendly.
