Several active posting columns?

  Hi!

  I’ve been toying with the idea of having two columns for blog entries lately – one “quick” for notices and updates and one “slow” for articles. Is this possible (using a wp.com-hosted blog)? The notion was that all post with a special tag ought to go into the “slow” column while the others go into the “quick” column.

  Hey. I think with some modification and addition to the core PHP of your blog.
  As I am aware, it is more flexible to customize your WP blog if it is hosted independently.

  There’s no way to do that here on WP.com. It’s possible that you could customize WP.org software to do that, but as joeleyva says, you’d need to be self-hosting your blog.

  there’s only one column for posts. you can do your quickies by using a text widget in your sidebar but it cannot be tagged. you could also use twitter and put the rss feed into your sidebar.
