Several Failed Orders from Hacker

    We are receiving failed orders from a hacker. The website shows that it is one failed order but in the Takepayment it shows that is several.

    Can you please help me with that?

    Hello,

    There is a guy that is doing all the time on our website a failed orders. Probably he is trying to make an order but because the take payment is not accepting the card or whetever (they have also no answer for us) the order becomes as a failed.

    The problem is that we see on WordPress that we have only 1 failed order but on the Take payments it shows that he did 4000 attempts. Which we have to pay for each failed attempt an amount of money.

    I am trying to block him with his email , with his IP address ( but they are different all the time), and by blocking all the rest countries except UK and America and he still manages to see somehow our website and make all these failed orders.

    I have contacted Woocommerce they said to contact my developer ( which is me at the moment so I am trying to figure it out)

    I have contacted Wordfence which is our security system and we pay the premium version and they still do not answer me.

    Please can you somehow help me with that ?
    Is there any other way to block hackers?
    Why we see on the website 1 failed orders and on the Takepayments we see 4000 ???
    Should WordPress able to put something in place to block any further payment attempts after say 3 attempts on the same order number?

    Please let me know if you can help me somehow with that.
