several important questions regarding paying multiple times, and the title left on some of it and i am simply confused

  first, as I. go through the steps, at a certain part it comes to the payment section, and each I select the $4 plan. I have now got to that part, and I have paid 3 times at least. 2) it shows the title as ‘The Elephant in the’ I actually titled the it ‘the elephant in the room’ Now the third time, it finally sent me to a screen to choose the layout, and continually goes to the the notification that states it will change my layout. That’s when where it seems to get stuck now, and won’t allow me to do the layout I’ve selected. Remember, I have possibly charged my card 3 times. It did finally go to a screen that allowed me to write an introduction which I have not submitted. But the background picture is the mountain landscape, and it won’t me to change it. can someone please give me a refund for the two times extra that I did to try to get past that step? also, I just need help. this set up is very confusing
