  I have been having issues uploading a photo to my podcast page for two days, I’m being told the server can’t process it but it’s only one photo within the size guidelines. I went through all of the troubleshooting articles I could find, to no avail. Now when I try to log into WordPress separately (not launching through Bluehost), I’m being told my account doesn’t exist. Since I’m logged in in one window through Bluehost, I can literally see a page in one window that says ‘this is your username’ and in the other window it’s telling me that username doesn’t exist. Help.

  You’re logged into a WordPress.com account where you have an old site https://brokedowns.wordpress.com/
  Bluehost is somewhere else entirely.

  Just to confirm, are the issues that you’ve having with your WordPress.com site(s), or a site hosted on Bluehost? If it’s the latter, I suggest reaching out to their support.
