Several Mystery New User Registrations.

  I have had multiple emails saying that look like this:
  New user registration on your site Between Slices:

  Username: Julianzez

  E-mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Who are these people and how do I delete them? I think this is related to the botnet issue that wordpress is having, but I don’t know. Everything that refers to that on this page is linked to a 404 NOT FOUND page. What is going on? How do I fix this and how do I find out what is happening to WordPress.com?

  Are they signing up to follow your blog? Because users cannot sign up to control your blog in anyway, only you can give people that permission.

  Is the Between Slices site at http://iheartsandwiches.wordpress.com/ ?

  People cannot register themselves as users on a WordPress.com blog, so for support with the blog relevant to your post here, you need to be at WordPress.ORG.

  I have the exact same question as whipwhipl
  These user registrations are all from odd looking usernames. Why?
