    Hi there @fjiekel LiveChat support is available for WordPress.com site owners who have a Premium upgrade or higher. Chat availability is outlined in our support guide at https://wordpress.com/support/live-chat/

    Chat is currently available 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday for customers with Premium, Business and eCommerce plans. Weekend support is also available 24 hours a day with the WordPress.com Business and eCommerce plans. At times when all our Happiness Engineers are busy or unavailable, your message will be sent through to email support so we can respond as soon as possible.

    Otherwise, support is available by email to Personal plan owners while free site owners receive support here in our community forums from both fellow users and WordPress.com Staff.
