  If I choose Premium, Business or Ecommerce, will I be able to create several web pages, and not just one?

  I believe you want to know if you can create multiple websites per paid subscription plans. Is that right?

  WordPress.com subscription plan is per website. Therefore if you want two websites, you also need two subscription plans.
