Severe Delay Typing Even Just One Word

    You may be able to help me determine if my web hosting company is giving me the shaft or what’s going on here. When I open the editor to my site and try to type anything at all, say for example a new product title, there is a 30+ sec time delay before any text will appear. Then I have to go back and correct spelling. Same time delay. I can type an entire paragraph before I see what I’ve typed, like I’m using the first computer ever built. Even scrolling up and down on the screen has a long delay and when it kicks in you have to wait for it to catch up, watch it go up and down by itself because I moved the mouse wheel up and down in frustration. The product is completely unusable to me. I don’t see how I’m supposed to edit my website I pay $245 a month for the “Top of the Line” (all inclusive) plan. Am I getting hosed by my hosting service or is this normal like they say? Thank you for you help.
