  I am trying to find out my SFTP host but cannot locate it. I also cannot find Hosting Configuration in my dashboard and yes, I have a business account.

  I do not see the Business Plan under the account you are contacting us from – you must be logged into the wrong account. What is the URL of the site you are trying to access the SFTP for?

  Yes, that domain is indeed under a different WordPress.com account. Do you happen to remember the login credentials for that account?
