SFTP Access

Hi, I am not able to restore my website from a backup from my WordPress dashboard. I do not have FTP access, permission to write or upload plugin or files and currently there are few issues with our site. So I desperately need FTP access. Which subscription package we need to gain FTP access. Currently we are on Free plan I think.
