SFTP not uploading and loading files

    Hello,
    I hope you are doing well. I have my Baylis Medical Technologies wordpress website. Today, I have received this error message on my DEV site: Warning: file_put_contents(/code/wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/post-31.css): failed to open stream: Network is down in /code/wp-content/plugins/elementor/core/files/base.php on line 194. It seems that there is an issue with SFTP uploading and loading the files. I wonder if you could help me navigate and solve the issue.

    Correct account: Yes
