In trying to connect my site to my domain I lost access to my site. I selected Settings > General and changed “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)” to my domain name jackyhood.com. and now cannot access my site sfz.wra.mybluehost.me
I still have access to the files via bluest but cannot access my WordPress account. I’m writing this from a different account
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hey there! The site isn’t hosted here with us, but can you ask your host for help with one of these options for fixing the site address? Several of them do not require access to wp-admin:

Hi, this link https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-the-site-url/ doesn’t really help. I don’t have access any more to settings > general, this is how the problem started because I followed those instructions and lost access. The rest of the article doesn’t help because i don’t really understand it. I will try reaching out to bluehost, but I think its a WP issue

So, just to clarify, on WordPress.com, things do not work the same way as on WordPress.org. You wouldn’t be able to change the address the way you did here, so we can’t really advise how to fix this.
If Bluehost won’t help, as my colleagues suggested, I’d recommend reaching out to the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for more help with this.

Haven’t been able to reach bluehost as yet. I am familiar with the differences between wordpress.com and org. I have a paid hosting plan and fully installed theme. I just can’t access it right now.

Sorry to hear that your host has not gotten back to you yet. As others have mentioned this is not something we can help with, other than to point you in the right direction for help.
The good news though is that you don’t need Bluehost’s help for this. If you have direct access to your MySQL database then you can use these steps to recover from your site address change.
