Shaking Page and wider margins

  Hi there, my page is shaking, and it’s done this before for someone else but was fixed by the staff. In addition, is there a way to widen the columns and the page? There’s too much blank space on the sides.

  What site are you experiencing this on? I just checked http://sctchristmas.wordpress.com/ and it looked fine to me.
