    What is the URL of the site you need help with? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here is less than a day old, and doesn’t own any sites with us.

    To clarify, you’re posting in the support forums of the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We’re not the same thing as the open source WordPress software, that’s made by the community on WordPress.org.

    If you’re using that version of WordPress at another host, please post in the WordPress.org forums instead, or contact your hosting provider directly for help.
