share and like buttons not showing

  Hi,

  I have been unable to get the Share this and like buttons to show on my posts. I have tried resetting and then saving them from Settings>Sharing (and saving changes) but it doesn´t help. Also the “like this” button does not appear on the live preview (but the share this button does).

  Any ideas?

  The link button I’m pretty sure only shows on the single post page (after you click on a post title). The share buttons can be made to show on the main page by selecting “pages, posts and index page” where it says, “Show sharing buttons on” at settings > sharing.

  Hi, thanks for that – you are right the buttons (both “like” and “share this”) only appear when you click on the post title (single post view).
