Share area buttons/floating side-bar

    I’m creating a website for my girlfriend using ‘Rebirth’ theme… new to css & php code etc. Have managed to make a lot of changes already (about 1/3 done) in just a day but I’m stuck with a few things today…
    1) can’t see how to remove the share area hover buttons / floating bar on the left side of the home page: http://www.invisiblemidwives.co.uk/
    2) I can’t see how to remove the red footer menu hyperlinks
    3) I can’t seem to get the logo / background / header image any bigger
    Is it okay for me to post here about these things or should I really me mailing the creator of the ‘Rebirth’ theme… any advice greatly appreciated!
