Share Button After Each Post

  I want to add a Subscribe button at the end of each post on my blog, http://www.thesportscholar.com. How can I do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thank you for your help. Is there anyway to add a subscribe button next to the sharing buttons or to include a subscribe link at the end of the post without having to click through to the comment page?
