Share my blog on Facebook manually not automatically, with description/thumbnail

How can I post a link to by blog manually to Facebook? I have seen other people do this with other blogging sites, they “share” their blog and it shows up as a status with a thumbnail photo kind of thing?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
