'share' option is missing

  hi, i have two similar sites made with Baskerville-template. On one of the sites there is no ‘share’ option with which to connect to social media content. Any ideas why this is and how to fix it? Can the problem be at the webhotel’s end? The sites are on two different hotels. Also, how can i talk to someone from support?
