Share preview link option missing

  I have two sites connected to my wordpress.com account, however I don’t see the option to share a preview link that will allow visitors to see the site without logging in as outlined in this article: https://wordpress.com/blog/2022/12/22/an-easier-way-to-share-progress-on-your-website/

  One site was created on WordPress.com and another using Bluehost > WordPress.Org > Connected by Jetpack to > WordPress.com. There is not share preview link option available for either.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That feature is only available for wordpress.com sites on the Business or Ecommerce Plan.
