  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload third party themes or edit templates or themes. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  The only themes we can use of free hosted wordpress.com blogs are found here > Dashboard > Appearance > Themes

  I am bumping this and other threads due to the actions of a serial spammer who posted multiple threads and bumped others of the front page of the forum.
