-
Hi there,
Been advised by staff member @gracejiyoung to post a new thread in order to receive support so here goes.
“Share this” stats for Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin etc have disappeared. Last publication received over 100+ Facebook shares. Stats displayed just fine prior to the turn of the new year. Other WP blogs share this stats display just fine. Please fix! Thanks kindly.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Are you referring to the stats found at https://wordpress.com/my-stats/?blog_shares for that blog?
How are you tracking your shared stats separately from WordPress.com stats?
-
Hi Jackie,
Thanks kindly for responding. No, I am referring to the “official” social media sharing tools/icons under [settings>sharing>available services] responsible for tracking/displaying stats relating to the number of times each wp blog post is shared through social media when enabled.
At the time of sending this message, the sharing stats have re-appeared on some but not all publication posts. Uploaded sample screen grabs to the media library for your attention that better illustrates what I am referring to. It would be much appreciated if you can take an expert look at the blog internally to ensure everything is in good working order. Thanks kindly.

Thanks for the screenshots – I didn’t realize where you were referring. Everything is fine with your blog and things appear to be working properly in general.
I’m not sure I can explain why your stats would be missing from some posts. It looks like the numbers are missing from older posts, and that could be because we don’t have the data for those.
Please keep an eye on this issue, and if you see it occurring on new posts, please let me know.

Hi Jackie,
It seems very odd that stats for all blog posts disappeared in the first instance and had initially assumed you had perhaps tinkered with code to make them re-appear again. Anyhow, I am relieved the most of the stats are back. Fingers crossed they stay put.
Thanks again for the customer support and reassurance. Much appreciated.
