  I would like to share my website for a couple of people to review before I publish it live. How do I share it?

  Since the site is currently Private, you’ll need to invite them as users to the site: https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  I appreciate the assistance. I was able to send an email invitation to a viewer. Now, my question is when/if they post comments, where do I find the comments?

  You’ll be able to manage comments here:
  https://wordpress.com/comments

  You can also choose to be notified of new comments — these are usually on by default unless you’ve blocked all emails:
  https://wordpress.com/me/notifications
