Shared media library across multiple blogs

  I have a blog with multiple info on it. I want to create another specialized blog and use some of the images from the first one. Can I import the media library from the first blog to the second one?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Sandy, You cannot export/import specific image files directly from one site to another.

  If you’d like, you could export all your content from one blog, import it into the empty site…and then delete what you do not need. This could be a good workaround, if you don’t have an enormous amount of material to weed through.
