Shared Picture

  I am trying to change the picture that is shared automatically when i post to social media.
  For example, if i have a picture in the body of my post then this is what shows on Twitter/Facebook etc. which is fine.
  If i dont – which is the case with videos that have video at the start for example – then a standard picture (that used to be my site picture/gravatar etc) would appear. I no longer want this picture and have changed it everywhere i can on the site but when i share to social, the previous picture is still there!

  Can anyone help with how to change this as I’m not sure where else to look to change it.

  Howdy charlicertified!
  We cannot control which Image is displayed on the Social sharing, but here is guide which can help you manage, and correct your input to Facebook, if you follow the guidelines for the images and sizes, the better the chances for the correct image to appear while sharing, have a look at this Facebook Thumbnails
  It will give you details, how you best manage it.
