Shared viewing and publishing

    I want this to be a fanily blog that only my family can view and can also publish/post on to keep track of our mother’s health issues. How do I set my siblings up to be able to both view the blog and add posts as well?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    If you only want your family to view the blog, start by setting the blog privacy to private. Here are the directions for adjusting your privacy settings: Support: Privacy Settings (You want to set it to “I would like my site to be private, visible only to users I choose.”)

    Once the blog is private, you can invite your siblings to be Authors on your blog. Follow the directions here to add Authors to the blog: Support: Adding Users

    They will then get an invitation to join the blog. They will have to create a WordPress.com account if they don’t have one already. I hope that helps!
