when i share people can get into my profile/blog as me. Every time I share people can get into my personal profile and change/ do whatever how do I share with out that happening?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The only way someone can access your profile is if you shared your username and password with them. If you gave your password to anyone, change it immediately (also for your email account), and don’t give it to anyone again: https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/
If you invited anyone as users to your blog you can remove them by going to Users ->All Users in the dashboard. Anyone you invited on any user level other than Follower will be able to make changes to your blog to greater or lesser degree. https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#removing-users
