sharing a link via twitter

when a user shares my post via twitter, a message is displayed. i want to customize that message.

Recently, I changed my Twitter handle from @piyush_kaviraj to @piyushKAVIRAJ. Since then, I have reestablished the Twitter connection on the sharing page and ensured that the Settings > Sharing Twitter username is set to piyushKAVIRAJ. However, when I attempt to share a post on Twitter via my blog, the tweet still includes my original handle. Is there a way to correct this?

Hi there,
Regarding your first question, you can not customize the message on your end for Twitter. Your users can when they press the share button, but they will have to do so.
To answer your second question, have you completely disconnected and reconnected your account yet? We have instructions on how to do so right here:

That should take care of it for you.
