Sharing a post from my blog to Facebook

  I’m having an issue in my blog, when I try to share a post with the “Share On” (facebook or twit) button it shares the home page instead of the post itself, is something is wrong??

  i cant copy paste the URL of my posts also, it wont work.. it is sharing my blog but not the posts
