Sharing a private blog

  I have a private blog (http://cretin57.wordpress.com/) that I want to add followers by allowing their email to the site. How to I share privately with an email address. ( I have about 130 I want to add)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can invite people to follow your private blog. Make sure you pick “follower” so you don’t give them access to your dashboard.
