  Hello, I have had to create another wordpress account in order for it to work with woocommerce.

  I need my new woocommerce account to also be connected to our existing website techsilver.co.uk

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  It sounds like you need help with the WooCommerce plugin but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
