If I need to share administration of the blog with another person do we both use the same password to get access or do we each have different ones?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I’m glad you asked. Not only can you invite someone to contribute to your blog, you can determine the level of access they have. That is a much better solution than sharing you private account with someone else.
Here is how to invite another user to your site. Be sure they have already created their own account at WordPress.com

Here is more background on the user roles you can assign to someone you invite to help with your site. A word of caution that you should only give the “Administrator” role to someone you trust with all the keys to your site. If in doubt, start them out as an “Editor” as you can always change their role at any time.

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
