sharing administrator rights for one of the blogs with other WordPress accounts

  Hello, dear WordPress Team !
  My name is Valerie, I have an account *valeriemltsv* here on WordPress and Blog *Valerie Mltsv*.
  Today I also created from my account new blog *Attemsgarten* for our university project.
  The question is: is it possible to make possible other people, working on this project and registered in WordPress , also to have administrator rights for the blog *Attemsgarten* from their accounts, so that they would not need to log in my account ?
