Sharing Blog Post

RE: Sharing a blog post to Facebook from the Post Settings Menu, for publishing.
This action is glitchy, especially if image permissions were only for the blog with credited captions. Here is why: when sharing to Facebook from the Blog Post Settings Menu (on the right) I get the Featured image in my Facebook photos library and the caption data is not included. The upside is that using the Facebook share button on the page results in a Facebook share post that looks more conventional for a publication. RE: Sharing a blog post to Facebook from the Post Settings Menu, for publishing.
Sorry to break the news to the fabulous team at WordPress, but this action is glitchy, especially if image permissions were for the blog only, with credited captions. Have a seat and let me tell you why, when sharing to Facebook from the Blog Post Settings Menu (on the right) I get the Featured image in my Facebook photos library and the caption data does not carry over. It puts me in a either a jam or a pickle or a pickle jam of a situation. The upside is that using the Facebook share button on the page works the way I want. You all are super fabulous! -your friend at Architectural Comment

We have no control over what is displayed by social l networks like the images that Twitter, Facebook or any other social networks may choose to display, or when they choose to flush their image caches. We really only send them the URL of the post, and they hunt through that for the excerpt and images to include.
