Sharing Blog Posts on Twitter

    I’ve connected my Twitter account to my wordpress site. When I write a blog post I can see under the ‘sharing’ tab that Twitter is connected and selected. However, after I post the blog and check my Twitter, it wasn’t posted. Why is this happening? There’s no point in having it connected if it won’t post for me.

    Hi, there.

    The best thing to do in this situation is to disconnect from Twitter, and then reconnect.

    Go to Settings -> Sharing.

    Click Disconnect next to Twitter.

    After this is complete it’s a good idea to log out and clear your browser’s cookies from Twitter and WordPress.com.

    Log back in to your WordPress.com and Twitter accounts.

    Then go back to Settings -> Sharing and reconnect.
