Sharing blog posts with another WordPress blog

  I have two WordPress blogs, one hosted in the US (blog 1) and one hosted in NZ(blog 2). I want to post content into blog 1 and for blog 2 to be automatically populated with the same content. I have already imported all of the past content from blog 1 into blog 2, but do not want to go through this process every time I publish a new post.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  blog 1 = jennievickers.wordpress.com and blog 2 = jennievickers.co.nz

  Sorry, but the second blog isn’t hosted in WordPress.com and this is the WordPress.com forum (only for blogs hosted here).
  Ask in the WordPress.org forum, please.
